The SRPI system is designed for the distribution and dosing of liquid inhibitors for various purposes at the points of entry — gas wells, loops, gas pipelines, shut-off and control equipment, regardless of pressure fluctuations in the inlet and outlet pipelines. The working pressure is up to 50 MPa. The number of lines is from 1 to 8. The consumption of the inhibitor per line is from 1 to 1200 kg/h. Permissible pressure drop across the valve when adjusted to PN. The temperature of the working medium is from -60 to +70 ° C (depending on the equipment used). Flow control is automatic, manual or local. Distinctive features: the use of a specially designed 400, 500 series valve with a patented throttling scheme for micro-flow operation with a high pressure drop, a wide range of technological schemes and types of design (vertical, modular), maintainability, reliability, versatility, filtration system with an integrated bypass valve that prevents the destruction of the filter element in case of critical blockage.
